Leonard is a senior mining and resources industry executive whose broad experience covers roles in finance, strategy, commercial, investor relations, sales and marketing, mining operation, business development and improvement, and turn-around businesses into profitability. Leonard has significant experience working for a number of mining businesses across Indonesia over the past two decades.

Most recently Leonard has consulted to Indonesian miner, Baramutiara Prima, for 8 years in executive positions including Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer concurrently as Marketing & Business Development. He has held General Manager Corporate Finance, Finance and Accounting Manager roles with Servo Group, Pinang Coal Indonesia, and Banpu. Leonard holds a Master Degree in Executive Strategic Business from Prasetiya Mulya Business School and Bachelor in Accounting from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
