Eva Armila, a prominent Indonesian lawyer with extensive mining related experience in both the private and public sectors. She is the founding partner of Armila and Rako Law specializing in investments, merger and acquisitions, project financing, restructuring and distressed asset management, compliance, and general corporate matters. As one of the few mining law practitioners in Indonesia, Eva has worked extensively with key mining related Associations and Institutes advising the Government of Indonesia on various mining law and policy matters, and the promotion of foreign investment. In 2018 she was appointed by the Government (Director General of Minerals and Coal) to join the National Mining Policy Formulation Team (Tim Formulasi Kebijakan Tambang) preparing Indonesian mining policy.

Eva has a Bachelor of Law from Padjadaran University (Indonesia), a Master of Law from Queensland University (Australia) and an MBA from Queensland University of Technology (Australia).
